I use Linux as operating system. Which driver do I need to install?

You can't use this application on Linux since you don't have any drivers available. I've checked the official website and it appears that the EZ products are only supported on Windows and Mac OSX. There is no Linux download related to drivers or software.
However, on Linux you can use an app that emulates various parts of Windows to allow you to run software.

If you encounter communication issues between EZ Vinyl and iTunes, make sure that you have the latest versions installed for both programs. Both applications were tested on Windows 7 on 64-bit and no error was detected. You can obtain a download link for both iTunes and EZ Vinyl Converter from Software Informer.
As I understand it, EZ does not work on a Mac with Catalina. When Catalina was introduced, Apple binned supporting 32bit technology (like EZ), amongst a host of other applications. I think your only way is to find another converter or load an older operating system onto your Mac. Both options are pants.
I no longer can use the converted Vinyl LPs in iTunes and I tried Windows Media Player, but I can't add the folder to its library. This makes the ION product relatively useless. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, open Turn Windows features on or off window, expand the Media Features list, un-check the box next to Windows Media Player and click OK:
Click to view image description here" />
After that, enable again the player and try to import the folder using the instructions from the official web page. If you have problems, try to update the utility. Once you launch it, press the Alt key and go to Help > Check for Updates:
However, I recommend you use iTunes with EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter files. If you have problems with iTunes, try to uninstall it and then install it again.

The Profile Pro turntable comes with a CD on which there are programs that can be used with the device. Also, due to the fact that the resulted audio files are in a common format like MP3, you can use them with any other audio application like your media player or converters.
The reason why the conversion is in WAV and not in MP3 is because WAV files are lossless audio files, meaning that the audio quality remains the same as the original source. MP3 files are compressed audio files, which can result in degraded audio quality.
The compatability of EZ Vinyl software with Windows 11 is not mentioned in the provided message.

The software's name is PlayOnLinux and additional details can be found on: https://www.playonlinux.com/en/

The user needs the "EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter" software by Ion Audio for their ION ITT USB Turntable on their iMac 17,1 running Monterey.
