Downloaded the software and I have iTunes on my computer. When I press on ez converter, I get a message saying I need to have I-tunes on my computer in order to operate. What do I do?
Can't record more than nine tracks. Can't control the sound level. also gets in conflict with the card driver which i have to resolve before using Itunes. I have the latest version and Win10. Used an older version of the program on my XP computer which ran fine.
I have found that the EZ Vinyl Converter program has annoying bugs like not recording further tracks after the first set of tracks from the initial run through steps 1-5. You think you are all set to record, e.g. side 2 tracks, by hitting the record button but the program does not stay on step 3 and goes back to side 2. Also importing into iTunes on an iMac takes forever if you are not in Albums view.
I use EZ Converter with Itunes with no problem. Easy system, breaks into tracks automatically. Only complaint is there is not hiss/pop filter, and not way to convert 78s if your turntable doesn't play at that speed.
